*Summer House consists of two buildings within the complex. Building One, where this condominium is located, was renovated the winter of 2023-2024. Summer House Community Update:
After a nine-month renovation, Summer House, Building One, is all new! "Above All Else" is in Summer House Building One. Highlights from the renovation include:
New elevator
New railings
New exterior paint with a change in color
New decking and walkways
New finishes throughout the exterior
Building two of Summer House will be renovated starting September 2024 to April 2025.

Description:
Located on the fourth floor of Summer House, “Above All Else” is literally above nearly everything on this stretch of the secluded Isle of Palms beach. To fully enjoy the oceanfront view, your family will spend hours on the spacious private deck that features an outdoor living room, complete with a sofa, comfortable chairs, and a dining area.

Following a complete renovation, coordinated by a professional decorator, “Above All Else” furnishings and design are truly special. The interior is influenced by ocean-inspired elements with freshly painted palette of light grey and blue that creates a comfortable, laid-back beach vibe.

“Above All Else” extends its excellence into each bedroom with Serta mattresses, new bedding, and pillows. Both the master and guest bedroom feature a newly renovated private bathroom that is equipped with extras such as a hair dryer and a make-up mirror. The master bedroom has direct access to the oceanfront deck.

Where there are numerous superb restaurants across the island, your family might choose to eat at “Above All Else” utilizing the renovated and fully equipped kitchen. Your meals will be elegantly served either at the 6-seat dining table, 4-seat breakfast bar or balcony table while enjoying the fresh ocean breezes.

For your convenience, “Above All Else” has a private laundry room just off the foyer and provides full-sized laundry appliances, iron, and board.

"Above All Else” is in the Summer House community of Wild Dunes which has a delightful oceanfront swimming pool for you to enjoy. There is a wood walkway taking you down to the beach.

Guest is permitted two cars at Summer House

Beach Chairs and Umbrella:
The Isle of Palms Beach Chair Company will provide your family two classic wooden beach chairs and an umbrella when you stay seven nights (March– October). These are set up on the beach each morning for your family and removed each night by the crew at IOP Beach Chair Company.

Finally, Historic Charleston (17 miles) is the number one tourism destination in the United States and offers some of the world’s finest restaurants, galleries, historic homes and gardens.

Lowcountry Properties
The room and location were very nice. That was one of the nicest places we have stayed. We were not huge fans of the city and surrounding areas. It was very crowded. There were not very many clothing/retail shops available. The parking was a problem and expensive to pay for.
