Our host, Todd, was communicative and very responsive when we had a few questions or demands. For example, the coffee pods we desired were finished, and he quickly supplied replenishment at his cost. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would highly recommend it."

"Beautiful house within walking distance to Wallis Sand State beach. Convenient short drive into Portsmouth. Very well decorated and appointed. Everything you need for a few days or longer at the beach. Except...the house does not have AC! Can I recommend to the owner to buy 3 or 4 box fans. It would have made a big difference for us on the few very hot days we were there. Two bedrooms have ceiling fans but were stuck on low as we couldn't figure out the remote (no instructions). Two other small fans were provided, but they are old and don't operate properly. Other than that, the house and location were great!"
