Best room so clean and the outside pool area is to die for so clean and cute and relaxing.

Perfect stay for a short vacation if you are planning to mostly be out and about. In the beginning of our stay we had some water heater problems but the staff was very quick and friendly when fixing the problem. The hotel is located right off the freeway so there is a lot of cars going by but we weren’t bothered by the noise. Overall good stay where we felt safe and had the basic necessities.

The reviews were mixed for this property, but I was really pleasantly surprised and would recommend it to any friends traveling to LA. I stayed here for almost two weeks on a work trip. The hotel itself was centrally located, with many restaurants and shopping just a quick walk or drive away. The staff were nice and helpful with good recommendations when asked. It was on a street that I felt comfortable walking on in the evenings after parking in the garage next door. Yes - the garage is not 'associated' with the hotel, but it's literally like 15 steps away and the attendants were helpful. I did not feel unsafe in the garage (although the elevators were a little questionable). $30 overnight parking - $40 a day for in and out. I had two great meals on the rooftop of the hotel and their tiki-themed drinks were fun. The room itself was a bit small and basic with kooky decorations. For one person - the size was sufficient. It would have been a bit uncomfortable if traveling with friends. The bathroom only has a slide door separating it from the bed area. The shower was fantastic! My biggest complaint was the unclear resort fee (what does that go to?) and that the room did not have a mini fridge or coffee maker. For two weeks that was nearly a deal breaker. If I could have borrowed a fridge from the front desk as I had an extended stay and could have kept some small food supplies or leftovers - that would have upped my review to a 5.

Pay attention to the additional fees: parking is listed on Expedia for $25/night/car. During the day it was plenty of spaces and they even let visitors coming for a short time to park without charge; but at night, when the hotel is booked, parking was a challenge, one night they had us park in the handicapped space. The "Resort Fee" of $17,99/person is not disclosed on Expedia (as of 06/2025). It only seems to appear on a sign when checking in and on the receipt received by email. Both fees are not paid when you book and pay for the room through Expedia. You have to pay these fees when checking in along with a $100 deposit. They should be more transparent or just add it to the room rate which is still relatively low for similar properties in the area. Overall, the property is nice, very conveniently located and the room is spacious and clean.

The cleanliness. What I really loved was they did not have early check in available at the time but I was allowed to freshen up in their lounge/restroom which I really loved. The suite was lovely, I did not expect what I got at all. Just an all around Wonderful experience, I will be definitely booking again in the near future.
