Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
At first there was some confusion because the Expedia booking could not be found. After some back and forth we got a room after all. Unfortunately a smoking room without WLAN (that's just the way it is). The breakfast was poor and we had to pay extra for the coffee. This was by far our worst hotel on our 14-day trip through Azerbaijan. Only the staff were extremely friendly.
