Our stay was excellent. We requested an early check-in and were granted it, which was nice after a long international flight. The hotel is directly across the street from the main train station. Plenty of dining/shopping around the hotel. Easy walk into the center of town. The breakfast buffet was very large and a great assortment of various foods. The staff was very friendly. I would definitely recommend this hotel. The room was spacious by European standards.

"Perfect tourist hotel in downtown Munich. The staff could not have been nicer. I reserved parking in the hotel and loved taking the car elevator! If you need to park a car, I highly recommend to reserve a spot ahead as there are only 6 parking spots. There are 3 coffee shops within less than a minute ..."

"The stay was fine. Our room was not ready when we arrived which we understood because it was early. However we have never had to pay to keep our bags at the front desk which we thought was tacky. I asked if they would text me when our room was ready and they did not."
