Nothing about this place is remotely appealing, including using the rip-off app of Expedia. This is poorly situated cheap typical hotel along the interstate (although fairly quiet) and housekeeping will be anxiously surrounding and hanging on your door at 8:30 AM on Saturday if you don’t set your signage out. The fire alarm also went off repeatedly- no fire. Don’t know if it was teenagers on premises running around. Go anyplace else unless you have no choice

Room was clean but the bath fixtures were tired and poor water pressure. Lots of hot water made it ok. Staff were nice, but parking was very limited and I had to drive much further than I prefer to walk through dark parking lots to get back. Breakfast buffet was good but a little pricey for the basic items offered.

Room wasn't maintained (claims they clean every 2nd day but was never vacuumed in 5 nights and neither was bedding changed). Only changed towels. Breakfast is extra ($16 pp) but I had it included in reservation for a lower amount. They opened every day late by 15-20min. (officially 6am weekdays, otherwise 7am). They operated as if they were a restaurant, but the breakfast room is still like the open buffet breakfast area when it was still free. They had limited (cheap) bread options and limited choice for drinks and not all always available. I stayed twice at this hotel and for some reason twice I experienced a fire alarm each time in the middle of night where all had to evacuate (no direction from staff or explanation). Fire dept. came 15min. later and slowly turned it off again so I assume this happens more often. We wanted to use the mini-fridge but the constant noise was too loud (it was attached to the cabinet causing lots of vibration). Asked about this and they said all rooms have this issue. We ended up turning it off completely.

The hotel common areas are gorgeous, nice design and materials. But not very kept up on cleanliness throughout. The lobby was trashed when we arrived, food and trash all over the ground. With the photos of the property and the way the space was we expected it to be slightly elevated. But then when we got into our room it was sub par. There was stuff in the shower, stuck to the railings and seals from the prior guests. The pillows had absolutely no filling to them, they flattened like a sheet when you put your head on them. We had to shut off the fridge because it was soo loud when it ran, so we couldn’t use it. And lastly, the next morning after our stay, we couldn’t get the blackout curtain to go up, it was broken.
