The cleanliness throughout the hotel was beyond our expectations, and we were particularly struck by the warmth and professionalism of your staff. A special thank you goes to Gulаndam, who made our visit to the hotel even more special and welcoming. She was not only hardworking and attentive, but also gave us a wonderful tour of the spa area. We noticed her cleaning the locker rooms, gym, and sauna areas multiple times, which made us feel very comfortable and reassured by the high level of cleanliness. Her genuine hospitality truly enhanced our experience. We also have to mention that the breakfast was absolutely delicious! Each morning, we were treated to a wide variety of fresh, flavorful, and high-quality dishes that made starting our day a true delight. It was definitely one of the highlights of our stay.
