The staff were extremely hospitable and kind. They went out of their way to be heldful. I was provided with great recommemdations for spa service, and sightseeing. They also arranged a ride for the airport.

It is an excellent hotel with lovely staff. Room was smaller than other hotels we have stayed in but I have heard that most hotels in Istanbul are like this. But it was clean and quiet at this time of the year. AirCon worked well and room has a little balcony too. Location very convenient to access all important landmarks and eating areas. Staff is very polite and helpful.

We had a wonderful stay at Ravi. The rooms were clean and well appointed. The room service staff were excellent and the manager and front desk staff were absolutely amazing and treated us as family. The location was incredibly convenient. I highly recommend Hotel Ravi and will return if I’m ever in Istanbul. As a bonus, there’s a bit of history preserved in the basement.
