Fantastic location and very friendly staff in a charming hotel with good breakfasts, a small pool, sauna and Turkish bath. Perfectly located for exploring the old town on foot (including the Ottoman Emperor's palace, Blue mosque, Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar) but easy to nip over the Galata bridge by taxi or tram for nice restaurants (Gallada is amazing but expensive and Ali Ocakbasi is great but hidden). We had a brilliant time here.

Very helpful and frindly staff, particularly Okay and Mohamed. Very good breakfast and very well located near main attractions and transportation options. The location is excellent - within walking distance of most of the major attractions and surrounded by many restaurants (albeit quite expensive). The staff were brilliant, incredibly helpful. The culinary tour was a particular highlight, thoroughly enjoyed that. The only negatives were that some parts of the hotel are looking a bit tired and the bar was a bit low on some types of alcohol.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Very convenient for the tourist sights of Istanbul but also quiet. Also a very short and easy tram ride from/to the cruise port. There is a lovely terrace to sit on and the views from the front of the hotel over the palace gardens were nice. However, the highlight for me was the box of gluten-free goodies they provided in my to room. Exceptional service, which I've never experienced before.

Well located hotel that provided good experience
The location of the hotel is pretty good. Most part of the experience was good, but there was something wrong with the door to the balcony, so I could not use it for the whole time I was there.
