The hotel was great overall. Alparslan Kaan from the reception was especially helpful and assisted us whenever we needed anything. However, the room wasn’t as clean as expected — it was a bit dusty and only moderately clean. That said, the hotel's conditions and location were excellent.

Very far from the main touristy stuff in Istanbul but worth the rooms, very spacious very comfortable. Excellent housekeeping daily. Staff at front desk is always helpful and polite. The area around the hotel is full of cafes, restaurants, and supermarkets. Nice safe modern area to explore at night.

another perfect stay at Sommerset Maslak.

I have been a regular visitor to this hotel since 4 years ago. I stay here everytime, I visit Istanbul. The staff and facilities were great, especially the young gentlmen doing the bell service. His name was Baran. I found him to be polite, disciplined, and quite resolute. I am sure he will be a high raking figure in his future life. Hope to see the facility again.

Pillow comfort level

The experience was great. The staff were professional and very polite. The only thing that requires attention is the comfort level of the pillows. One pillow was too low and two pillows were too high. Also, I expected the pillows to be more comfortable than what they were. Other than this, the rooms were clean, the kitchenette was fully equipped and it was a great experience.
