We booked this property 2 month back with full payment. But when we arrived the front desk told the property is overbooked and move to third class hotel. So if you are lucky go ahead. Another problem in the property only 1 lift is working out of 2 lifts. Other the above 2 problems the property is excellent. Very near to all the attraction of Istanbul. The breakfast is excellent. Beautiful view from 6th floor. The staff are very good.

Excellent place. Special thanks to Engin Dagcı, he is outstanding person, arranged my cab from airport, even when I was not in Istanbul, cruise and tour to Bursa. Hotel other staff are very nice and friendly. 5 star to all of them. Location is convenient walking distance to blue mosque, restaurants, Hagia Sofia, grand Bazar and metro.

We stayed here with kids. Location is perfect, one can easily walk to the blue and hagia Sophia mosque. In fact the grand bazaar is also 5-9min away. Hotel staff was very helpful and accommodating with late checkout and also helping us with booking cabs. The restaurant here has an amazing 360 degree view of Istanbul and nearby mosque. This was definitely a nice perk. Would recommend this place if you are short on time or looking to stay in the heart of old town. I would return to this hotel and recommend

We recently stayed at the Sultanhan Hotel in Istanbul as a family of four, including two younger children, and had a wonderful experience. The hotel is ideally situated in the heart of the Sultanahmet area, making it a perfect choice for those wanting to explore Istanbul’s top tourist attractions. The location is truly unbeatable — Hagia Sophia, the Blue Mosque, the Basilica Cistern, and Topkapi Palace are all within easy walking distance. The tram stop is also nearby, making it convenient to explore other parts of the city. The hotel itself was clean, comfortable, and well-suited for families. Our room was spacious enough for all four of us, and the staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring our stay was pleasant. The atmosphere of the hotel felt warm and welcoming, with a touch of traditional charm that complements the historic area.
