Disappointing Stay.My recent experience at this hotel was extremely unsatisfactory, ranking among the worst accommodations I've encountered. The room was deplorable-carpets stained, furniture dusty&alarmingly, evidence of bed bugs. Extremely loud music persisted throughout the night, making sleep impossible for our family. The hotel's solution of moving one of our 2rooms made little difference, showing a lack of consideration for our comfort. Upon arrival, staff attempted to double-charge us. Only our vigilance&insistence on speaking with a manager prevented this. At checkout, we were denied a receipt until Monday, raising concerns about the & hotel's integrity.Basic amenities like the hairdryer, kettle, bathroom mirror were non-operational, significantly impacting our comfort. While some staff were friendly, overall service fell short. Many promised amenities weren't provided&housekeeping standards were abysmal. During our stay, bed sheets were merely straightened rather than changed. Towels were in poor condition&insufficient.This hotel failed to meet even basic standards of cleanliness, comfort, &service. As frequent travelers, we've never encountered such a negative experience. It's disheartening to see a hotel fall so short of providing a welcoming environment.I strongly advise potential guests to seek alternative accommodations to avoid similar disappointments.This experience demonstrates how crucial it is for hotels to maintain proper standards & consider guest comfort

Honestly the surroundings were good to explore. The hotel itself is lousy , noisy, staff need too much training … Breakfast buffet is limited..housekeeping is noisy , not professional ,, rooms are dirty, not maintained .. small rooms, and many more negatives.. I won’t stay at this property again..

Great place to stay. This is my 3rd time staying here. My only issue was no microwave provided anywhere within the hotel to heat up food.

As a couple we only stayed for 1 night due to an event. Bed was clean and okay. Carpets need to be replaced , unfortunately many spilled stuff was visible on them. Main condition tends to reach a more mediocre state soon. Staff was friendly and understanding.

My stay at The Mill Hotel Bomonti was absolutely perfect from start to finish. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, with every corner shining and spotless. The rooms were spacious and beautifully appointed, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring the city. The location of the hotel couldn't have been better - close to everything we wanted to see and do, yet tucked away enough to offer a peaceful atmosphere. But what truly made our stay unforgettable was the exceptional service provided by the staff, especially Ibrahim, the receptionist. Ibrahim went above and beyond to ensure our comfort and satisfaction throughout our stay. His warm welcome and attentive assistance made us feel like valued guests from the moment we arrived. In summary, The Mill Hotel Bomonti exceeded all expectations, offering a combination of cleanliness, spaciousness, and convenience that made for a truly unforgettable stay.
