Bathroom grout needs replacing Grubby chair in our lounge area The list was long That said the staff were amazing especially Volcan who went the extra mile. "This is actually a Best Western property. It did not seem like one, however. It seems like a wonderful independent, small boutique hotel. The neighborhood is very safe with plenty of eating and shopping options. It is very walkable to all the major sights in historic Istanbul. Highly recommended for the price. "
