"This apartment was disappointing, only because with a tiny bit of care and effort it could be so much more. The apartment was huge! 2 floors, 2 huge bedrooms with large comfortable beds, and 2 full bathrooms. The real estate for the the cost was truly amazing, unfortunately it was difficult to be comfortable in the space. The couch in the “living room” was disgusting, as was all the other upholstered furniture. Visible staining with god only knows what, the mattress didn’t fold into the couch...

Two of the rooms had air conditioning available which was very welcome with the warm temperatures and humidity outside. There was plenty of space, rooms, and beds for all of us. We were right next to one of Venice's canals and could watch boats and gondolas glide by below."

Away from most of the crowds - the street was a little loud but by 11 pm (on a Saturday) had quieted down. Did not see a grill or hot tub but didn’t have a need for those in a cool November. "Bus station and train station to Venice is just across the street from the hotel. Several restaurants and cafes were within walking distance. Very convenient. Hotel room and bath room are decent size. The bath tub was a bit too high to climb in. The half glass splash shield over the tub was a joke.
