Inconsistent experience
If you stay in the back of the hotel, the rooms are new and renovated, if you stay in the front building, it's old and ran down. I stayed in the front and it was miserable. The beds were uncomfortable, the bathroom was old, the a air conditioning smelled bad, and the windows were VERY noisy, I could hear everything happening outside. Parking situation is also not ideal, you have to park off-site, but you need to be escorted to the parking building at their own convenience.

Had a very pleasant stay, perfect location on Av Brasil. The hotel was clean, the beds were comfortable, breakfast was delicious. The mini fridge in the room was well stocked and replenished daily. Highly recommend it.

Inicialmente fomos alocadas num quarto com uma cama horrível: colchão de molas bonel velho, irregular, dava pra sentir a estrutura das molas em alguns pontos. Uma noite foi suficiente para uma crise de dor na coluna. Além disso o quarto era extremamente barulhento. Após uma noite solicitamos a troca e fomos prontamente atendidas. O segundo quarto era um pouco melhor. A localização é excelente.

Hotel normal... sem grandes luxos mas muito bem localizado. Fica a 4 minutos de caminhada da praia. Estacionamento no local via manobrista, demors cerca 5 a 10 minutos para trazerem o carro.

Recepção tranquila, excelente café, o estacionamento pago não constava no momento da reserva, funcionários atenciosos, o banheiro estava mais ou menos na hora que entrei e molhava o piso externo mesmo com a porta de vidro fechada, pois tem um vão pequeno. No mais tudo bem.

Bom hotel, apesar do café fraco eu voltaria.
Atendimento muito bom, piscina aquecida muito boa,boa localização, perto da praia e do shopping, quarto grande e chuveiro muito bom, colchão bom mas travesseiro muito baixo e duro, mas o que mais decepciona é o café da manhã, pelo porte do hotel se espera mais, café da manhã de pousada pequena.

Tivemos problema na entrada do hotel pois fechamos um pacote 01 quarto para casal e ao chegar no hotel eles disseram que a reserva era apenas para uma pessoa e não para um casal . Eles cobraram uma taxa de 100,00 a mais por dia e não tivemos o que fazer a não ser pagar . Recepcionista mal educada, prepotente. Quarto com cheiro de esgoto vindo do banheiro

Aluguei um quarto triplo para casal porém eram duas camas de solteiro unidas o que tornou bem desconfortável para dormir juntos em casal, além do site não falar sobre o pagamento de 40,00 reais por dia de estacionamento pagos a parte no hotel. Fora esses dois pontos o restante foi ok
