Hotel bom porem elevador não da conta

O hotel é bom. bem localizado, o cafe da manhã tem boa variadade de comida e com reposição rapida. Os quartos são bons, com bom espaço e limpos. Tenho apenas 2 reclamações, o elevador não da conta da quantidade de pessoas no hotel, principalmente no horario do cafe da manhã. No dia do checkout ficamos esperando mais de 15 minutos para conseguir descer com a malas. Outro ponto é o estacionamento, ele fica na quadra de tras porem demora uns 10 a 20 minutos para o carro chegar devido ao transito.

Infelizmente o serviço do hotel e condições não são compatíveis com o preço cobrado. Passei 7 dias no hotel e meu quarto não era limpo, apenas forram as camas e trocam toalhas se for o caso. Mas não varrem ou aspiram o chão, não limpam o banheiro. Nunca fiquei hospedada em um hotel que tivesse a limpeza tão ruim. O elevador assim como falam em várias avaliações é sempre cheio, tinha dias que passei quase 10 minutos esperando o elevador. Café da manhã sempre com fila para entrar e não tem tanta qualidade. A recepção não é tão solicita. Infelizmente foi uma péssima experiência.

Hotel velho precisando manutenção. Me colocaram no quarto 106 . Horrível de mofo Deveriam não dar para ninguém esse quarto . Ainda mais no preço que é. Pedi para trocar e esperei um tempão na portaria. Limpeza do quarto muito ruim. Café da manhã muito bom.
