Hotel muito bom! Nos proporcionou bons dias de descanso! Café da manhã da melhor qualidade. Únicas críticas : primeiro ponto é que no site do Hotels.com eles colocam fotos de outros quartos em acomodações que não são como na foto. Eu selecionei o quarto duplo premium, e nas fotografias no site referente a essa acomodação existem fotos de outros quartos. Por exemplo a varanda pela foto, era a de outra acomodação (maior), e quando chegamos lá a do quarto era menor ! Olhando da piscina da para ver que existe diferentes tamanhos de varandas. A luz do ar condicionado também deixa o quarto muito claro.

Foi uma boa estadia, unica coisa que oa recepcionistas nos fizeram espera 40 minutos dizendo que nao estava pago a reserva quando na verdade ja estava pago, Isso nos tirou o brilho um pouco da estadia. No mais foi um atendimento normal.

Excelente e surpreendente

Ao chegar no hotel fomos surpreendidos pelo mix de simplicidade e ambiente bonito. O hotel tem um toque diferente, uma energia boa e uma vista arrasadora. Lucas nos recebeu muito bem e foi atencioso em seu atendimento. Ao retornar do jantar, tivemos a grata surpresa de conhecer o Ozeas, ele estava cuidando do turno da noite e foi extremamente gentil, bom de conversa, explicou sobre a história do hotel e como começou a trabalhar lá. Foi uma conexão muito boa e ele foi o toque especial para voltarmos. O quarto é bonito, chuveiro gostoso, cama boa e tudo funcionamento perfeitamente. O café da manhã é uma experiência diferenciada, o carinho e atenção aos detalhes aparece muito nesse momento. Foi ótimo.
