We stayed at the hotel in Ithaca, NY. This is our second experience. Parking is a bit of an issue but the valet service made up for it. We will return again during our next visit.

The location is excellent within walking distance of all the shops and restaurants. Service was spotty at front desk and valet. Garbage was left in our room from previous guest. Coffee in the lobby is not complementary. For these reasons I marked it down.

The Lady at front desk on Saturday 3rd Aug 1:00 PM was obnoxious! Let me explain - There two individual at front desk. Checkin time was 4:00 PM. I showed up around 1 PM. Male front desk person told us room is ready and processed Credit card checkin. We were unloading our stuff and he went for Lunch and replaced by this lady. After waiting patiently for 20 minutes I inquired status with her. She responded rudely official checkin time is 4:00 PM. When I told her her peer told us room is ready she rolled her eyes. Me standing there she called to to check the room status and room was ready. Without any apologzies she reluctaly shared the room keys. Bottom line employers should check the person at front desk and provide her more training.
