Enjoying views across Polis Bay to Kefalonia, the west-facing terrace is perfect for lounging and dining. Down on the beach, a simple kantina is a charming spot for a bite to eat during the day. The villa’s two en-suite bedrooms (one double and one twin) both have doors out onto the terrace and the living accommodation is spacious and comfortable. Lemonia Beach Villa is one of a collection of three properties overlooking Polis Bay, but it enjoys a good degree of privacy. The traditional village of Stavros on the hill is a 5-minute drive or 25-minute walk away - perfect for everyday essentials and a small selection of tavernas. Frikes by the water is a further 10-minute drive and offers a wider variety of dining options. Self-drive boat hire is readily available for exploring the island. Lemonia Beach Villa shares a driveway with Rhodia Beach Villa and Elia Beach Villa. The houses are independent and perfectly suited to private bookings but collectively, they also work well for groups of friends travelling together. Please take care driving on these roads and remember to drive on the right! FROM PISO AETOS PORT (Estimated journey time 20 minutes) 1. Drive out of the port and continue uphill until you reach where the road merges with one from the left. Turn LEFT here and continue until you reach ‘STAVROS’, approximately 16 kms. 2. As you enter the square of STAVROS, you will notice a large church to your RIGHT. 3. Just before the church to your LEFT on the square, is a sharp turning marked POLIS, down by the side of a bar and a taverna. Turn LEFT here. 4. Continue down the road, just before you reach the Beach and small port area, you will see a driveway on your RIGHT. There is a green bin close to the entrance and SIMPSON TRAVEL signs. 5. Turn into the drive. The villas are 1st House RHODIA, 2nd House: ELIA, 3rd House LEMONIA. 6. All have their own parking spaces. 7. The keys will have been left in the door for you. WELCOME!
