O hotel tem um mobiliário defasado sem cortinas blackout nos aptos, as tomadas elétricas pra carregar celulares estão no rodapé obrigando a deixar os aparelhos no chão, o chuveiro é antigo com furos entupidos . Fui informado que o hotel ainda está tentando se recuperar no mobiliário da crise da Covid, mas isso não justifica a queda de qualidade. O custo das diárias criaram em mim expectativas não atendidas. Finalizo dizendo que o buffet do café da manhã merece discreta nota 5 num máximo de 10 e que estacionamento deixa os veículos totalmente expostos ao sol e chuva. Enfim, pareceu a mim um hotel adequado à curtíssima permanência pra turismo de final de semana e pra convenções onde os hóspedes não exigem qualidade compatível ao custo como quem, eu e esposa, lá ficamos oito noites. Não sentimos vontade de retornar.

Deve ser minha quarta estadia no Hotel e achei que sua instalações estao precisando reforma urgente. Banca de banheiro excessivamente baixa, chuveiro pingando a noite inteira e com controles dificeis de manejar! Café-da-manhã foi melhor em outras estadias e hoje oferece apenas queijo mozzarela, requeijao e com pães de baixa qualidade e boas frutas. O café da máquina sai morno. Tem bolos ,mel e geleias de goiaba. Os funcionários são simpáticos e prestativos, a limpeza é correta, mas urge reforma nos banheiros

Hotel Gandini
É um hotel bonito, bem localizado e com uma estrutura que inclui estacionamento, piscina, jacuzzi e brinquedoteca. No entanto, o hotel apresenta sérias deficiências em dois pontos cruciais: limpeza e atendimento na recepção. Embora os espaços gerais do hotel se apresentem limpos e bem organizados, a realidade dos quartos é outra. Nos dois quartos em que fiquei hospedado, encontrei o chão sujo e o banheiro em condições de higiene bastante inadequadas. No banheiro, havia evidentes manchas de urina no vaso sanitário, além de manchas no box e mofo/bolor no teto, o que denota uma negligência alarmante na manutenção e limpeza dos quartos e justifica o forte odor desagradável no banheiro. Quanto ao atendimento, ao tentar estender minha estadia por mais um dia, os funcionários não souberam como proceder.

Experiência incrível! Hotel limpo, bem cuidado, tem área de recreação para quem tem bebê (incrível, meu filho amou), piscina, jacuzzi. Café da manhã maravilhoso, com muita variedade. Atendimento muito acolhedor e receptivo. E para quem tem bebê, tem local para aquecer água e também micro-ondas. Enfim, uma experiência sensacional!

Viagem de 1 estadia somente, mas hotel atendeu plenamente as expectativas, complementada pelo acesso a excelente academia vizinha ao hotel que possui convenio com a mesma. Local tranquilo e tem um supermercado tbm vizinho ao hotel. Sugiro reverem o preço da agua oferecida no hotel/ quartos (valor excessivo) e tbm os colchões já apresentam desgaste considerado. Ducha do chuveiro muito boa!

Hotel é bem bonito e conservado. Área da piscina é muito bonita. Defeito é a piscina não ser climatizada. Quartos precisa de alguma manutenção, banheiro tem marcas de mofo e manchas no azulejo. Café da manhã é ok, mas falta café...kkk Café é só em uma maquina que tira um café com gosto de água e demora muito. A parte melhor do café da manhã é um cafezinho quentinho e gostoso e não tinha... café era aguado, morno e muito sem gosto. Leite tb estava morno para frio. Sucos completamente sem gosto, tirando o de laranja que estava perfeito.
