"My parents, adult son, husband and I stayed two nights at the property. It was raining the whole time, but we went there to spend time together and to attend a car show. The show was rained out, so we spent a lot more time than we'd anticipated at the house. We played a lot of pool, the guys watched a football game, and a couple of people from the car club came out to spend time with us. The only reason this listing didn't get five stars is that there was only one roll of toilet paper, no paper...

"The property was not as private as we were hoping for. Despite the privacy of the neighbors, they were quite and it didn’t take away our enjoyment. As far as the RV we stayed in, the RV was clean and PERFECT for our weekend getaway! We enjoyed every minute of our stay!! Also our Host was fabulous! Host answered all our questions and was quick to respond. Thank you Phina for the experience and the hospitality!!"

"My family and I enjoyed our stay! We had 11 people between the ages of 2-65 and we were all quite happy. Each bedroom was comfortable, but our favorite spot was in the kitchen and lounging area that all connected. The creek was perfect for our younger crew too! We enjoyed the board games and location in the small town of Iuka. There was a lovely park just a few minutes away. Thank you for having us! "

"We loved the price and location of this property. It was very clean, the host was very accommodating when we had a little hiccup in our plans. My son stayed out side the whole time and loved all the room to run around! The location to the boat ramp is by far our favorite part. We were out of the water and at the home within 30 seconds. We will be utilizing this place many more times in the future. "
