We had to trek through the snow up the unplowed driveway to find that no one was there, no sign on the door, no prior notification of closing. Our trip was pre-booked 6 months beforehand. Luckily we were able to get our payment refunded through Hotels.com and find a nearby hotel. "

"Our family of 6 spent 5 nights here in January. The chalet was big enough to accommodate us all without it feeling too crowded. Kitchen was well equipped for the nights that we did eat in & the sauna was great after a days skiing. There was access to more firewood when we ran out, but the chalet also has central heating so it was lovely and warm even without the fire. Clean towels and bedding provided in the cost, and free WiFi. We are definitely going to rebook to stay here again but will...

"We (a couple) stayed in an Arctic Suite at the Aurora Collection hotel. It was fantastic! Nicky was an excellent host. Our room had both a private sauna and a private hot tub. We did not use the hot tub, but found the sauna delightful, clean, and plenty hot! The room was functional, clean, and had a small fridge and a kettle for heating water. The bed was comfortable and, as we visited in February, it was very warm and cozy. A continental breakfast was provided, which was fresh and filling....
