前日に確認したいことがあり電話をした時に、確認番号を伝えても名前を伝えても、予約ができてないと言われ、旅行前日で凄く不安になりました。 もう少し、わかりやすい確認方法があったらと思いました。

見た目 建物は古いけれど、食事は夕食も朝食も美味しくて満足。お土産も豊富で良かったぁ。凄い混み具合だったので、今度はあまり混んでいない時期に、また行きたいです
