At checking I was not provided with the rollaway that my reservation included because of possible floor damage to the recently remodeled bedrooms’ floors. The resort's staff is extremely helpful and engaging without being pushy. The food was good, the rooms comfy and clean, the resort within short distance to shopping area (besides the hotel's store).The location is great, the beach is wide, clean, safe and very pretty. The staff we got to know were fantastic. 2 named Omar and 1 named Santos. They were friends to us, always glad to see you and genuinely happy at their jobs. Access to the beach is a little challenging. Food was good, breakfast is excellent. Loud and I mean LOUD, thumping music on the pool deck needs to be eliminated. We won't be going back.

bad experience when checking in, one of the rooms not available, rooms in poor condition, air conditioning does not work in one of the rooms, in the others the thermostats did not work, there is no mini bar in the rooms, if you need water at night or something refreshing you need to call room service, the beds did not smell good and the only thing they told us when asking for help with all the problems, they said that the best rooms are for the hotel members, when booking through website or application does not guarantee rooms , first and last time at this hotel.
