"All of the staff was very friendly except the lady Laura at the front desk. The pool was too cold because it had a covering and looked like it needed to be cleaned. The pool area could use a makeover. Rooms were nice but not well insulated, and the surrounding streets were very noisy with cars and motorcycles driving by. Otherwise, good hotel. "

"It’s a nice enough place. Clean. Friendly staff. Good restaurant for breakfast. But, the hotel is also utilized by the federal police, who wake up each morning and exercise in the courtyard that all rooms face toward. There were about 25 of them training at 5am. They are loud, screaming commands, and playing music at loud volumes. The staff told us it happens everyday. Good place to stay, if you don’t mind being woken up at 5am. "This property is quite central, without being in the city center which is very busy and less safe in times of COVID-19. The personnel here takes very good safety precautions and gives a lot of personal attention to guests.
