"The place is good and quite close to the beach, 2.5 km from city center. The apartment are nice but the kitchen as no hob, nothing to cook, the fridge is not working, the a/c smells moisture. Terrasse table broken. The bed is ok but not prépare and the duvet sheet was missing. The parking is not on site free as described on hotel.com, it s 15lv by days. The free minibar is an empty fridge that not work fine. The breakfast is poor and not good. The swimming pool is really nice."

"The studio confirmed in my booking which had to be in Menada Kavaci (Complex Green Life) unexpectedly was changed by phone with a studio situated in Menada South Pearl. ...very different from the confirmation, it was absolutely not worth even the half of the high price paid! "There is only one airconditioning in the entire apartment, which is placed in the living room. Therefore, we asked to setup the second sofabed as the bedroom was very warm. We came back in the evening to find out that the second bed was not setup. We approached a staff member and inquired about the extra sofabed. She started interrogating us as to why we need the extra linen. Her demeanor was very accusatory and rude. She also stated that she doesn't have the keys to the cabinet and asked again why do we have this request. In addition, she tried to make us feel bad that we did not show up for dinner and that they had to wait for us, although we never confirmed that we will dine at the restaurant. Only when she realised that we booked two one bedroom apartments (we were assigned to one bedroom apartment and one studio) she found a staff member that had access to the linen locker. She once again asked why we did not show up for dinner. This is an unacceptable way to treat guests and make them feel uncomfortable for having a simple request. The experience was terrible and we made the decision to leave the hotel first thing in the morning. I will recommend looking elsewhere for your stay. In addition, we almost broke out rental car as the parking arrangement is very poor. "
