This is a modern, clean hotel with great staff. The only thing we did not like was the air conditioning that did not cool the room adequately and we had to sleep in 26 oC room temperature.

Ibis Alsancak does not meet its Internal quality standard.furniture in the lobby is old, shabby and uncomfortable to sit on!

We stayed here for two nights and could not sleep well because of very loud noises in the building next to the hotel. It sounded like a generator that made loud bass-like noises 24-7. Staff was not helpful in letting us switch rooms. We also asked for a non-smoking room, but the bathroom stank like smoke due to the shared air vents with smoking rooms. We never had such a bad hotel experience before.

Kapalı ücretli otopark var demesine rağmen kendi bünyelerinde otopark yok . Herhangi bir otoparka araç bırkmanız gerekiyor. Etraftaki otoparklarda kapalı otopark değil . Odalar havasız ve camlar tam açılmıyor . Havalandırma sistemi yetersiz. Havasız odada sadece ısıtmay yönelik çalışıyor
