One of the best in the town
I've stayed in this hotel many times and always enjoyed it. Receptionists are friendly. Rooms are spacious. Breakfast buffet is huge. I wish I could have enough time for the pool/spa.

Good conditions to choose from in Izmit.
The hotel overall feels old. The rooms look clean. However, although it is a non-smoking room, the smell of cigarettes comes from other rooms. Parking is free, and there are restaurants and small grocery stores nearby. Breakfast is not bad.

Booked a double non-smoking room. Was checked into a double smoking room with an odd smell. Requested to change room to a non-smoking room in-line with my booking. Was given a single bed room which was reported to be non-smoking despite there being a strong smell of smoke in the corridors.

Odalar çok kirli - korkunç bir deneyim
Korkunç bir deneyim. Tuttuğumuz odayı promote ettiklerini söylediler ve bizi "oteldeki en iyi oda"ya yönlendirdiler. Ancak oda pisti. Çarşafın üstündeki şey leke değil sarı bir pislikti. Duşta da saç vardı, mobilyaların üzeri de pisti. Ayrıca odanın kapısında da zorlama izleri vardı ki bu da rahatsız ediciydi. Şikayetimizi dile getirdikten sonra bizi başka bir odaya aldılar ve o oda da pisti. Odada güya küvet var ancak o da kirli. Resmen çamur banyosu yapmaya zorluyor sizi. Oda içerisindeki mobilyalar da tabii ki yine kirli ve girişteki lambalardan bir tanesinde de elektrik kaçağı vardı. Işığı açmaya çalışırken çarpılmadığıma şükrediyorum yalnızca. Tiksinerek uyuduk. Ertesi günü de hastalandık ateşimiz çıktı. Duşa koydukları şampuan vs de ortak kullanımlı zaten. Genel olarak çok rahatsız olduğumuz, 2 farklı odada konaklatılmamıza rağmen ikisinin de çok pis olduğu ve sonuç olarak hastalandığımız korkunç bir deneyim. Bir daha asla kalmam. Ayrıca biz konakladığımız vakit 2 asansörden bir tanesi bozuktu ve çalışan asansördeki bakım etiketinde de son kontrol tarihinin nisan 2023 olduğu ve bir sonraki kontrol tarihinin de nisan 2024 olması gerektiği yazıyor fakat biz mayıs ayının sonuna gelmiştik. Asansör hareket ederken korkutucu bir ses çıkıyor, diğer asansörün de neden bozulduğuna şaşırmamak lazım. Kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum
