お部屋は広く清潔で、綺麗です。二つある温泉もとても良いです。 お料理も美味しいです。 ただ駐車場が少し離れていること、客室まで荷物は運んでもらえないことが、ちょっと残念です。

初めて出雲に行きました。 温泉施設がとても良かったです。 周りに食事をする所がなかったのが 残念でした。 レンタカーで宿に来る人は大丈夫だと思いますが... 宿泊の時は朝.夕と食事付きを選ぶと良いと思いました。

お部屋も綺麗でお風呂の種類が豊富で楽しめました。バイキングも豪華でたくさん食べました。出雲大社へのアクセスもよかったです。夜鳴きそばやアイス、乳酸菌飲料のサービスも充実でした。 個人的にですがホテルきたときに靴を脱ぎますが、ホテル内スーツケースも普通に引いたりしているので、足元が汚れたりなど衛生面が少し気になりました。 スタッフさんの対応は非常によかったです。機会があればまた利用したいです。

お風呂は家族風呂などあったので子供連れにはゆっくり入れた。フロントの対応はイマイチ。ちょうど受付が4組ほど被った時間帯だったが結構待ったし、スタッフの対応もスマートでは無かった！
