"We were inadvertently locked out of our room after being cleaned. The wait in lobby to simply get new keycard was almost 25 minutes while I was nauseated and could not get into room and waited in hallway. Front desk lady Oberella was lovely and professional on check in and check out. But on Friday afternoon the front desk staff stayed occupied with other folks arriving and no attention to guest with a quick simple request.
