For starters, I was coming in town for a funeral. I received and email shortly before boarding my flight that my reservation was cancelled. When I called and asked about the reason while boarding they said that they had a water pressure issue and had to shut down parts of the hotel. There were no suggestions of where to go other than there are hotels in Jackson and also Marshall. My wife was able to jump online while I was in flight and book me at a hotel in Jackson. When I arrived and told my family meme red about what happened they said that happened to someone else in the family, keep in mind that the rest of the family was still in the hotel and mentioned no issues. Come to find out the truth was that they had only one housekeeper working that day and were not able to get rooms cleaned. Tell me the truth would have been better than telling a sine cold lie. Integrity above all. The courtyard in Jackson was accommodating but Albion not so much.

Very disappointed with my stay. Booked two nights with intention of comfort and relaxation. Almost all amenities advertised were not available or down for maintenance; pool, bar/restaurant, ice machine on 1st floor, etc… Front desk not friendly and or helpful. Would not recommend this location to anyone.

While the staff was as helpful as they could. I was still really disappointed that the kitchen wasn't open for lunch or dinner. I generally look for these hotels specifically so I can eat at the end of my day from traveling, rather than try to find something out on the town. Also, my room didn't have a microwave, which was also disappointing. In general, for the price of the room, I received way less and paid much more.

There was no sheets for the fold out bed. Called and then they called back, then they actually came and looked in room because they didn’t believe us. Only 1 bath towel for 2 Queen bed and sofa bed, really!?!? Dirty washcloth from previous guest still in shower, housekeeper removed when she brought linens for bed.

I liked the cleanliness of the room. Easy and enough parking, friendly associates. What I didn't like was ALL OF THE CONFUSION about how many rooms I reserved, the price of each room and the inability of the check out person to process the state tax exemption. It literally took me around 30 minutes both at check in and check out.

Didn’t like that we were there for four days and our room was only cleaned once. We went to the front desk several times and asked them to bring towels empty trash cans. They said they were short staffed. We asked when they were coming to clean and they asked if there was a Do Not Disturb sign on the door. And we said no. We payed a lot of money to stay there and that was the worst experience that we have had there. We have stayed there in the past and never had those kind of problems and this was even after the pandemic. We were not even offered a discounted rate for the poor services.

We were a church group of about 35 people. The customer service was very unhelpful, unknowledgeable . Credit cards were charged prior to our arrival . They didn’t try to accommodate for our room arrangement. They didn’t won’t us sitting in the lobby. This is the second time in 3 years that my church had booked this hotel, Both times we have been there customers has been unbelievably difficult to work with.
