Great location. Hotel is ok. Better in the summer with the pool. Also if you happen to be on the lower level it’s very noisy if there is someone in the room above you.

Very nice spot if you're in the North Conway/ Jackson area or planning to visit Great Glen Falls. Nice and clean rooms, good breakfast and overall a very positive family-friendly vibe.

The hotel was clean and quiet. There were 2 issues. One, it had snowed the day prior and the parking lot had not been plowed. It was icy and slippery. Two the bathroom was cold but there was a 15 minute heat lamp that did warm it up for that time period. Overall it was an okay/nice place to stay for an inexpensive stay.

On the positive side, free parking was a great convenience, and check-in was quick and easy. The room was clean, and the area was really quiet, which made for a peaceful stay. The shower had good water pressure, and the room was nicely lit. I also appreciated having a mini-fridge and coffee maker in the room, making it easy to store snacks and enjoy a quick coffee. There’s a nice heated pool, though I didn’t get a chance to use it, but it seemed like a great amenity. There were a few areas that could be improved, though. The breakfast was a bit disappointing and didn’t quite meet my expectations. I also noticed a soiled bed cover, which wasn’t ideal. The room didn’t have a full-body mirror, and the shower was quite small, which felt a bit cramped. The motel is a bit far from any walkable restaurants, so it’s best suited for guests who don’t mind driving to eat out.

I really enjoyed staying at the property - my room overlooked the back with the Wildcat River. Check in was easy. The room was nice, clean, bed comfortable, bathroom with toiletries provided. Breakfast provided was good Draw-back - there is easy access to the building - the entrances should have key card. I did not feel unsafe, but it would be an improvement.

Clean, quiet, convenient location, nice staff, more like a motel than a lodge, we were anticipating a mountain type lodge, instead the overall design and look is very much like a typical motel. Our room was quite and the bed was comfortable and parking right in front.
