DON’T BE FOOLED, THIS IS NOT THE WESTON YOU STAYED IN OTHER CITIES. There was a party in the room next to ours that went on to 1:30 am. The on duty manager solved the problem about an hour after we complained. The next day we talk to the day manager about how the party impacted our sleep. All she said was she was sorry for the inconvenience and she could move us to another room. No compensation for a night of interrupted sleep.

The Westin Jackson is my pick for best hotel in the Deep South. It’s the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in and I’ve been to a lot (and not just in the South). There is attention to detail everywhere and everything is just nice. All staff from management to housekeeping are great. Price is right also. Valet parking is half the price of New Orleans and better. You can park yourself if you wish. Don’t miss their wonderful restaurant, also nicely priced. Jackson as a city is back! And this hotel is now its gem!

Nice property. Super nice staff. Neighborhood was less than desired. Luckily the restaurant was great in the hotel and we didn't have to leave. Valet is a lot across the street, not covered parking. Valet staff is super fast and kind.

Great hotel in less than great location
The hotel and staff were great. The location was not convenient, as it is near the courthouse, police station, art museum, and many empty/unoccupied buildings. That was the only negative during our stay. It is about 10-minutes (drive) from most restaurants and attractions. We ordered room service for breakfast and it was excellent.

Fabulous place to stay if you're in Jackson. We ate a dinner and a breakfast at the restaurant in the hotel lobby and they were delicious meals. The front desk staff was very professional and the room clean.
