"This is a 5-star property. Through no fault of the property, we had a disappointing experience. In our travels through Florida, this was the one stop where we were to golf. It's the sole reason we booked the property. We were there 2 nights and one full day and it rained most of the time. Driving range, practice greens, and course was closed. No shopping or restaurants within walking distance, so it wasn't the most convenient place to stay if not golfing. What service they could provide...

"The room was nice and the staff were very friendly. I wish I had spent the extra money on an ocean front room. Our deck looked out at the parking lot and had a tiny sliver of a view of the beach. The swimming area was wonderful and we spent a good amount of time in the hot tub. Nice breakfast, but I would have loved a few more choices. "

"Spending the weekend in Jacksonville house hunting. The hotel was very cozy but also very, very dated. I thought we had a cow printed chair in our hotel room, but it was an old leather chair with the leather flaking off all over the place. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Service at the front desk was great."
