"This is a terrific house just minutes outside of Springfield IL. The place is newly renovated. It is quiet and picturesque."

"Only 2 draw backs for us. 1. No front porch furniture. It rained the first night and the kids had the living room TV and there was no place for the adults to go because the back isn't under cover, so we were all in the kitchen. 2. There are only 4 chairs in the kitchen and there were 6 of us, since NO ONE is ever allowed to eat anywhere other than the kitchen it was a little tricky. Otherwise everything else was perfect."

It was hot when we arrived, and the glass door had a cover on the handle to protect our hands. Thoughtful little details. Kris gave us a tour, the llamas were very gentle, and we had a great time. The animals are very well taken care of on the property. A beautiful stay overall. Kris is the best host."

"What an experience! My triplet sisters and I had an amazing, relaxing stay at The Church to celebrate our 55th birthday. We had the pleasure of meeting Lori and Bill and Katie, who were all very friendly hosts. The house allowed us to each have our own special space to sleep and hang out. Very clean, lovely linens and towels, all of the high end touches that make travelling away from home so enjoyable. Every inch of this “one of a kind palace” is adorned with unique, colorful and happy things....
