Beautiful 2nd floor 5 star luxury condo right on the beach with an oceanside pool, hot tub AND a 3rd floor HEATED pool with a hot tub, (there are bathrooms for both pool areas) .
This unit has 2 master bedroom suites with king beds (the oceanside master has an adjustable remote control bed) 2 walk in closets, plus 3 other closests. There is a twin pull out couch/bed in the family room for a 5th guest. 5 guests max.
This oceanfront condo is located near the heart of Jacksonville Beach, Florida so it is in easy walking distance to many shops and restaurants. . Built in 2006 and remodeled interior in 2020. (wood floors throughout, white cabinets, brick backsplash new counters and raised bar.
The LARGE balcony sits atop the Atlantic Ocean with an excellent flat wide beach (great for walking and biking) The balcony for this unit and can be accessed from both the living room and master bedroom. sliding doors.
This condo (unit 202) has a well equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, air fryer, electric tea pot, drip coffeemaker, keurig coffeemaker, oven warming drawer convection oven and reverse osmosis water next to the sink.
The living room and 2nd bedroom have large flat screen tvs. The Master has a flat screen tv in the wardrobe.
The building has a full-time resident manager on site Matt). There is a newly remodeled fitness center with all new equipment this year. (There are also showers, sauna and steam room.)
In the 202 garage I have chairs,, bikes, boogie boards, stand up paddleboard, beach toys, and a wagon to cart them to the beach. You can also call beach life rentals who will set up lounge chairs and an umbrella at 9am so you don't have to cart the chairs from the garage :)
In the unit you will find beach towels, beach bags
The balcony has plenty of seating and a dining table. The views from this unit are incredible. ( unit is on the 2nd flloor and you can see all the way down the beach in both directions. newly painted throughout from top to bottom.

Amazing place to stay
Living in Jacksonville, we have stayed at many places along our beaches over the years. This was by far the best. Beautiful condo and amenities, kitchen very well equipped with that beautiful ocean view while you cook. Beds very comfortable. Just an all around beautiful place for alone time or family time. Beautiful Oceanfront condo - hear waves as you sleep
We had an amazing stay. The condo is perfect location. Lots of restaurants and the beach is beautiful. The condo had everything you need. It is beautiful. The weather was cool so we never turned on the AC and kept the doors open and could hear the waves from our bed. Slept great. The facilities are excellent... including a rooftop pool! Host was so welcoming and great to work with. We will be back!

Comfort and Joy
Can't say enough good stuff about hosts Joel and Carol -- clear concise instructions, easy-access and lighting-fast responses to a couple of questions I texted. Condo was just as described. Waking up to that spectacular view made it easy for me to get out of bed and photograph the sunrise each day, to the envy of my Facebook friends. Usually, I'm ready to get home after just a few days, but I could have stayed here for 2 weeks. All the comforts of home, and a Publix close by. Ate home-cooked meals and only ventured to dine out once. No noise, and the rooftop pool was also quiet and enjoyable. I felt like I was staying at a friend's.

Excellent location on beach with great balcony views!
Very updated, high-end furnishings in this condo. Very clean (extra high marks here!) Comfortable bedding and living accommodations. We enjoyed our stayed immensely and condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need. Kitchen is well equipped; we had fun using bikes on the beach, gated parking is nice; close to many restaurants if you enjoy walking a little bit. We walked to Tiki bar just north of condo and enjoyed bar grub & good drinks. We were here over July 4th and had wonderful fireworks viewing from the balcony! There is so much that is offered with this home and highly recommend it.... we have used the two most popular vacation rental sites (not allowed to mentioned them here) many times and find this stay to be our favorite! Thanks, Carol for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home!

Carol was an amazing host. Fast responses. Clear instructions on everything. Super lovely person to chat with at 10:00pm and you go to the wrong building. Sorry Carol! The condo is a beautiful place. The 2nd floor is perfect for our taste as you feel like you are on the beach while sitting on the balcony. The high rise feel of the upper floors kind of makes the beach feel distant in my opinion. My kids and mother all had a great time. Thank you Carol!
