This 3BR/3BA townhome is thoughtfully decorated and equipped with an electric cooktop stove, LVP flooring, and all the bells and whistles. MAIN LEVEL owner suite, washer/dryer, and 2 guest suites upstairs. Thoughtfully stocked with beach towels and chairs. A short walk to the beach!

Guest Access:
Instructions for arrival are emailed 5 days prior to arrival. Door code is sent the afternoon of your arrival.

The Neighborhood:
This home is located on first avenue, a lovely area full of families, restaurants within walking distance, and the ocean, just across Fletcher Avenue.

Getting Around:
Amelia Island is a beach town featuring cars, golf carts, bikes, scooters, etc. for all modes of transportation.

DEPOSIT INFORMATION
The $500 hold is collected upon the day of arrival and released 3 days after checkout, given there is no damage to the property

Bookings over 30 days may require additional cleaning fees and a security deposit.

CANCELLATIONS OUTSIDE OF 30 DAYS: 50% OF TOTAL RESERVATION (Airbnb) or 90% OF TOTAL RESERVATION
CANCELLATIONS INSIDE OF 30 DAYS: NO REFUND
