Cleaning & Covid-19: We clean this condo on our own and take extreme diligence and in cleaning the condo as you can see in our reviews. With Covid-19 we go through even more extreme cleanings and follow strict CDC guidelines in disinfecting the condo, including all hard surfaces as well as soft surfaces by disinfecting the rugs/carpets/mattresses/sofa/etc after each guest. Cleanings will take several hours, even for this studio size condo, so early checkins will not be possible unless there is 1 day between bookings. We guarantee this will be cleaner than any other place you would stay!

You're only a few steps away from having your feet in the sand in this condo that was completely renovated in 2019! Beach décor, new furniture and a fully renovated condo is yours to enjoy! Located in the gated Sawgrass Country Club, you will have access to a private beach that only club members enjoy. Take a walk on the white sand, check out the million dollar homes surrounding the beach or surf a few waves. Whatever you choose, you'll love that you chose to stay here.

Your experience is our #1 focus and we've filled your visit with lots of amenities and extras. Whether using the provided beach chairs and towels on the beach, hanging out at the pool, enjoying the screened in private patio, using our ultra high speed internet or vegging out watching 350+ channels on the big screen - You'll be sure to have a fun and relaxing time! We even have an electric fireplace for those cold (albeit rare) nights.

We've taken care to ensure you have every essential you need while you're here and we take priority in ensuring everything is clean and fresh for your arrival. Please be aware that the private amenities for the Sawgrass Country Club are not accessible to vacationers (golf, tennis, restaurant, etc.), but if you're having an extended stay of 1 month or more, we can help you coordinate access to these amenities if you wish. We'll also provide a list of local favorites and popular destinations upon your arrival. If you have any questions, special requests or would like to discuss pricing discounts for extended stays, please reach out to us! No request is too big or small - We want to ensure you have a special time here.

Damage Protection/Property Fee: We don't believe you should be required to pay the $60 accidental damage protection or put down a $1500 security deposit, so we charge a nominal $13 property fee to cover the cost of accidental damage insurance that we purchase with a 3rd party for each booking and only require a small refundable deposit. You end up saving at least $45!

Property Location

Located in Ponte Vedra Beach, and just steps away from the beach. You will be in a gated community and have access to a nice boardwalk onto the beach. Our beach condo is less than 3 miles to TPC, 14 miles from UNF, 15 miles from St. Johns Town Center and 22 miles from St. Augustine.

Checkin time is 4pm and checkout is 10am. There are occasions where this is flexible and if you contact us in advance we'll be sure to let you know if it's possible to check in earlier, or out later.

I did my research so it was as I expected, no surprises, that's a good thing! I forgot about the pool & concentrated on the beach & we weren't disappointed. Easy access in just a few minutes. The condo was nice and behind the gated community, it felt very safe. We would return!

A Wonderful Stay
We could not have been happier with the with home. Everything was clean and in great condition. A lot of thoughtful extras like beach chairs and towels. The location is an only a two minute walk to the ocean. Highly recommend!

Fantastic stay!
My daughter and I stayed for 3 nights and really enjoyed it! Condo was exactly as pictured and as described. Easy walk to the beach and fairly close to the fabulous restaurants in Palm Valley. We will definitely stay there again!

Great Beach Getaway
A well appointed Ponte Vedra Beach rental a stone’s throw from the beach. This condo offered privacy, screened patio, very comfortable bed, and nice bathroom and dressing area with good storage. Condo also had colorful beach decor and plenty of items needed for our time at the beach. The kitchen/laundry appliances were excellent. It was well stocked with dishes, pans, utensils and small appliances. All soaps, paper towels and small items needed for kitchen use were plentiful. Instructions for TV and other condo particulars were accessible and clear. We appreciated the communications with the hosts John and Lauren, and plan to return next year. An A+ rental we whole heartedly recommend.

Fantastic stay
We stayed for a few nights at this studio that is in the perfect location. Clean comfortable and literally across the street from the beach. One suggestion would be to possibly have a larger pull out. If you want to fit 4, that bed may need to be a queen. Otherwise we loved everything about the unit and the location. We would definitely stay here again!

This rental was hands down the best VRBO rental we’ve stay in at any price, and by far the best managed. Everything is freshly painted, clean and thoughtful - dimmer switches on the lights, loads of toiletries/cleaning products, attractive kitchenware. Easy parking and access to the beach. Everything was perfect! The condo was beautiful and exactly as described. The bed was so comfy and everything was sparkling clean and well stocked . We truly enjoyed our stay in this condo. Perfect location, steps from a beautiful very private beach in Ponte Vedra, in a gated community and not far from restaurants, pharmacy, etc.. This is a studio, with a comfortable king bed, perfect for a couple, with possibly one child as there is a pull-out sofa. The condo has been renovated, is very nicely decorated, super clean, and has everything you need: the small kitchen is well-equipped if you want to eat in and there's a nice coffee bar. There are plenty of towels, beach towels and chairs and everything else you might need. The owners have really thought of everything to make your stay comfortable: extra toothbrush and toothpaste, make-up removal face-cloth, skin cream, etc... We found the owners very responsive to our texts and emails. Just be aware that the front door is locked until check-in time and the code will not work until then. We arrived 15 minutes early and somehow I had missed that information in the many communications the owners had sent. This is a great condo and we definitely will book it again!
