The staff were very friendly and I liked their breakfast options. However, we were there for four days and our room never received service. We mentioned it to the front desk person and the manager was supposed to reach out and never did.

I have been going to this hotel for the last 3 years but this time things were different. I saw more than 10 roaches during my 3 night stay; it might be because they only clean the room every 3days! The ceiling had several questionable mildew/mold areas. I walked out of my room for breakfast Saturday morning and the hallway smelled like marijuana; there is not smoking allowed so do not know why this. I think it’s really sad that this great place is going down hill.

Room keys wouldn’t work, clerk said it was because it was placed by a cellphone. However we were not told about that at checkin! Hampton Inn & Holiday Inn express didn’t have that problem! Split water on the floor, tissue was dirty when I wiped it up. Would walk into lobby clerk didn’t look up or acknowledge us. I’m used to a hello, good morning, etc.
