Had to wait outside in the cold for 15 min at 30 min after midnight, supposed to 24/7 lobby. Had to change room because of smell (musty odor) continental breakfast was a joke. Never again.

Room was dirty could not book one room on Expedia so in keeper charged me $120 for a night for a nasty room base was dirty, covers had burn marks, ceiling in bathroom was coming down

Someone tried to break into our unit. I was severely scared and stressed throughout the night. I asked staff for help, and they didn’t respond back. Horrible safety.

It’s not in the best neighborhood. It’s not in the worst neighborhood in Duval but it’s not too awfully far from it. Despite being close to less desirable parts of town, the property still felt reasonably safe and the gentleman at the front desk seemed to be in charge of the property and maintaining safety and security overall. For the price, the rooms are actually pretty nice and really big! We had a corner room and it was so easy to just back our car right up to the door and unload whatever we needed whenever we needed it, even when it was drizzling outside. I did run into a bit of an issue with some improper etiquette regarding my service dog but it was easily cleared up and not another word was said during or after my stay and I’m grateful for that. It’s an oddly cozy little nook in the crazy town that is Jacksonville.
