My kids and i booked the hotel because it had a pool and hot tub specifically. We get there the hot tub has been bricked over... NOT as discribed in the pictures of the property. The staff were also VERY rude to myself and my kids irritated that my son got water on the lobby floor in going to the restroom from the pool. #1 dont have an indoor pool if your mad about water #2 maybe dont have tile floors all the way thru the 1st floor if thats an issue #3 dont gripe af me because you didnt design the pool room with a restroom in it. Both employees were so rude i will never stay again. And btw i worked in ihg hotels for 6 years and never teated my guests ths way i was treated

Property was undergoing complete refurbishment which it needs. The deadbolt on our door did not work, they were unable to get a repair man til after the weekend. The staff were super, really great. We look forward to our next visit.

I wad told the cleaning crew had noy cleaned new towels. Pool is green and out of service. Elevator has stains and needs to be mopped

The evening clerk was super nice and inviting. The room was enormous!! Breakfast was great. We had a great night of rest! The morning folks were very nice and were in the holiday spirit.

SUCKED!!! Big time
A sub par hotel. The guy at the front desk was awesome but the breakfast SUCKED!! No coffee, No eggs, Rancid sausage and no service. All we got were excuses, which were useless to us. We WON’T ever stay there again!!!
