Quick weekend getaway
Spending the weekend in Jacksonville house hunting. The hotel was very cozy but also very, very dated. I thought we had a cow printed chair in our hotel room, but it was an old leather chair with the leather flaking off all over the place. Bed was comfortable. Bathroom very clean. Service at the front desk was great.

Pool areas nice but the hot tub does not work. Hasn’t been working in a long time apparently not updated on website the whole point for us to book that hotel because there was a nice swimming area not really worth it if the hot tub isn’t working and you can’t take Of the full amenities

The staff are amazing but the room was rough. Staff did their best to fix everything. Fixed the phone, remote and changed rooms cause the tub jets didn’t work. 2nd room, the tub still didn’t work but ok. The jacuzzi was also broken and the pool area has ants pretty bad. Again, staff was really kind

The rooms are in need up deep cleaning, furniture repair and updates. The chairs were torn, the carpets stained and dirty; along with sand and dirt being in the tub. I was only there overnight. I will not book again.

This has been our worse experience in a hotel in Jacksonville. At check in time the front desk person argued with me for having my service dog with me , stating the owners don’t allow any pets even If they are service dogs, she finally check us in , spend one night out of the 3 nights I paid for and at 5:30 am the security lady kicked us out of the property saying the owners didn’t want no dogs and did t care it was a service anymal . My fiancé and I packed up and left I haven’t heard anything back from the owner and they still owe me my 2 nights . Horrible place horrible people and the rooms are falling apart with old furniture. If u love your pets Don’t ever stay there .
