The staff stares at you and acts like you are not supposed to eat the breakfast they are rude and talk about u behind your back they are not friendly other than that the room was nice bed was super comfortable but we seen roaches also

Staff at Quality Inn in Jacksonville NC are very nice, unlike a few other hotels in area. Hotel has remodled, nice amenities, free breakfast. Here for a long time for work. And of all the hotels. This one is best overall for price, and good staff, cant beat it.

The facility is run down. The room was awful, stains on the bed and pillows, the tv did not work, the shower didn’t drain and the floor was dirty and the phone didn’t work. Spoke with the staff they didn’t do anything to resolve it. We were advised it would need to wait until the next day.
