After reading reviews of the hotel, I found them a bit average, but then I realized most guests had not experienced Quality Inn, the previous establishment. The new owners have completely remodeled and maintained a very pleasant and affordable hotel my family enjoyed our visit and will absolutely return. A hidden treasure !

The Windsor Inn is a very good property if you're looking for something that is not expensive and with great service. Definitely recommend staying here, if your looking for something more luxury do not book here.

Minutes from many options in shopping and dining. There is no airport noise even though it is a few miles from it. The staff was very friendly and helpful to other visitors even though they didn't stay there. The rooms are very cozy, clean and larger than average. Reasonable rates. I would definitely stay here when I'm in Jacksonville.

Overall I had a nice stay realized I didn't have hot water in the first room that I was placed in called front office and spoke with them about it and they politely checked another room and it's water an the cleanliness of it an had me change rooms the heating unit was a bit difficult to figure on the particular ac unit I had but was very pleased staff was very friendly and did everything they could to make my stay comfortable

AMAZING stay. Front desk was super accommodating to my needs. I had just flew in from contract! I didn’t have cash deposit, and it was super late. There was no atm….and they waved my fee for me. I was super grateful to the entire front desk staff. My stay was AMAZING! And front desk was pleasant.
