Surf & Racquet Club - Penthouse Condo | 1 Bed, 1 Bath

Ocean Front - Pool Access - Tennis Courts This 7th floor (top level) villa provides stunning views of the ocean and beach. Very nicely appointed with all amenities. Fully equipped pantry if you would like to dine in for breakfast or lunch or dinner. This villa features a spectacular entertainment area that opens onto a seaside deck and is surrounded by ocean views. This unit includes a fully equipped kitchen and a dining room. The bedroom equipped with a King bed has its own private bath. A sleep sofa bed is in the living room. On-site, there are two oceanfront swimming pools as well as a number of tennis courts for your enjoyment.

Room with a view!

Very nice property with comfortable living room furniture and generous kitchen. But the view of the ocean was fantastic. Great week for us.

The perfect beach getaway

This spot was perfect for a relaxing week on the beach. With beautiful views and easy access to the beach it was very scenic. There are plenty of things to do on the island as well as shopping and food options. Very clean and wonderful place.

Amelia Island is a lot less hustle bustle than a lot of Florida still plenty to do. The property we stayed at was well maintained and we really enjoyed the time there.

Stay too short

I’ve stayed at this location several times. This unit was the best one for me. Enjoyed being on the 7th floor and view was spectacular. Loved the condo as well. Air conditioning was great, no issues with anything as with some other units and just decorated simple but very pretty. Could have stayed longer.

Location and view is amazing

I mentioned this the last time we stayed in this unit, the sofa really needs to be addressed, we put pillows on it to make it more comfortably, it must replaced before we’ll stay in the unit again. That and rugs need to be replaced or cleaned. A full size coffee pot in the unit not a small hotel size. Everything else about the property is great.

Great ocean-front value

This was a comfortable condo with a killer ocean-front view. The building is quiet. The condo itself had pretty much everything you would need for a nice visit. Pool was nice and clean. Would recommend.
