On day 1 I had no hot water in my shower and the TV automatically shut off at 8:00pm.On day 2 the shower was fixed and the TV stayed on until 9:00 pm. Day 3 no hot water again and tv shut off at 7:30 pm. Day 4 when I arrived at 5:30pm the air conditioner had stopped working and I had to change rooms for my last night there. The staff is very friendly and aren’t responsible for these issues! Id’s just an awful facility with many issues. I was on the second floor initially and the elevator was broken.This is my third and last time at this place! The rate is very reasonable but not worth the hassles especially when no hot water and malfunctioning AC!

It is a great option if you are either playing golf or fishing at Los Sueños. Staff is great.

They over booked the Hotel, and sent us to another Hotel, however the Hotel they sent us was horrible. The room was old, the bed was above some sort of old unused jacuzzi, the fridge was dirty and the bathroom was outside the room. There was no elevator to get to the room and the balcony windows had no security so it was unsecured. We called Paradise Bay to request for the refund as we didn't sleep on the Hotel (we booked another Hotel that same night) and they told us that the refund was not a possibility. And that we had to escalate the case to Expedia. So we did it. Today we received the confirmation from Expedia that Paradise Bay was not going to proceed with the refund. It is a shame that Hotels like Paradise Bay over books rooms to move people to others Hotels. And even worst that the Hotel to which you will be moved is in such bad conditions.

Fantastic property, absolutely spotless, nice and quiet and an easy 5 minute walk to the beach. Restaurant onsite which came in handy on a couple of days and tons of bidlife flying around. Macaws and Toucans daily, monkeys in the trees across the street in the Marriot property down by their harbor. Cant forgwt the hotel staff, all the girls at the front desk were magical and were as helpful as can be. I would rebook to go back and stay here again anytime, i hope i get the chance. Pura Vida.

Super Great Place (I was in #102) if you have a vehicle. It is located right in front of the entrance to Los Suenos. Herradura Beach is a 2 minute drive or 8 minute walk. There you will find restaurants / bars / charter boats & more. Los Suenos Marina / Restaurant area is about a 5 minute drive & a "must-see." Downtown Jaco is about a 15 minute drive. Rooms are super nice with a mini kitchen. Shower had tons of hot water & the water pressure was great. There is free Brit Coffee in the rooms & the breakfast is way above average. They have a full restaurant at night (Pepper's) which was super good and at a great price if compared to other hotels / restaurants nearby. Swimming pool was great and all the staff was top notch. You can book great tours at the front desk which you need to take advantage of on your vacation (Hint : Go to Tortuga Island). I did not use it but there is also a full spa. For the money & what this place offers it is almost impossible to beat....why pay a lot more & get way less. Stay here for your vacation and you will not be disappointed.

Overall it was really, really great! The noise from the pool can get loud on the weekends, and there’s not really any rooms that aren’t right by the pool, but this wasn’t a huge issue, just something we noticed. The staff were great, they keep the rooms and hotel very clean, the location is nice and close to downtown Jaco, and lots of other great activities! We would stay here again for sure!

Truly amazing!
We found this place on the last day of our 9 day Costa Rica trip. We could not have asked for a better way to spend our last day in this beautiful country. The staff was accommodating, the massage was perfect, the swim up bar was fabulous (shout out to Brandon!), and the room was spacious, clean, and modern. There is an onsite restaurant and golf carts to drop you at the beach (but it’s only a few minutes away by foot). If I could give 10 stars, I absolutely would!
