"The hotel is very well located in the center of calle Real shopping Street. However, we had to ask for bath towels as they were not in the room when we arrived. Also, there was no shower soap nor shampoo; so, we used the hand soap for showering; and we had to buy our own shampoo. "Horrible hotel! Yes, it’s close to the ferry terminal, but it has long since had its heyday. We arrived to an overpowering smell of smoke. Our room was filthy upon checkin. Once that was settled we tried to get comfy and nap. We turned the a/c on and it blew in recycled smoke filled air. We left and went to the Marriott. I spent the next 4 days extremely sick from what amounts to smoke inhalation. There were roaches on the stairs as well. Hotel would not refund and apparently hotels.com doesn’t...

"Family owned and run which shows in the service they provide. This is a very green property but doesn't sacrifice the amenities. The hottest and best water pressure of anywhere I've stayed in Spain. Individual a/c and heat in every room. The communal kitchen is well stocked and plenty of space in the refrigerator. Very secure also. Next time I'm in the area I won't bother to price shop lodging, I'll book at Lisboa. Thank you"
