Enjoyed an excellent stay albeit a short one, at Jetwing, Jaffna. The facility was excellent, meals and menu superb and the staff deserve compliments due to their efficiency and friendliness. Highly recommended. Will repeat our experience on another occasion.

I expected something better at this property. Room feels old and cramped. Need to manoeuvre to get into small bathroom. In my opinion, in need of renovation. I would not stay here again. Also, disappointed that hotel did not respond to two queries sent via Expedia messaging. One was to request change in bed type. To be fair, it was changed at checkin after I raised two single beds was not suitable, as per my message.

The staff at this place was fantastic. Food was great. I wish they have pool and a place for all enjoy besides the rooftop bar. Overall it is good.

Could’ve taken the initiative to clean the room properly. Outside balcony had dead insects and was dirty. The behind the hotel there was waste water and would smell at times. The wifi connection was terrible it was non existent . I booked with jetwing for reliable wifi and cleanliness but didn’t have both.

Located in town adjoining a shopping mall and ATM. Excellent service with friendly front office and restaurant staff. What can be improved: name tags for all staff (i.e., no name tags for hopper makers).
