Beautiful hotel with so friendlly staff where ever you meet them in the property. The hotel is attached to a big mall-Pondok Indah Mall with lots of good restaurants. The breakfast menu at Sugar & Spice is so many and delicious with attentive waiters/waitresses--one of them is RISQI who served me diligently during my 5 days stay. I'll be staying again at this hotel.

Great hotel with good service and connected to a shopping mall, very convenient and have a lot of dining options. The staff were all friendly and accommodating our request for connecting room.

The facility looked quite new, and the ambience very good. It was pity the bar lounge and Shio Japanese restaurant was closed.
