Very nice hotel with very professional staff. There were some problem when checking in but they did a very good job solving it. Mr Raymond Soetrisno was very helpful and professional and solved all problems that we encounter and made our stay super nice. The hotel is nice and the staff are the best - remembered me by name and my preferences and were very generous hearted in general! Some of the food is awesome, especially the American chocolate cake which was ethereal! The rooms are spacious, well equipped and comfortable. The bar also has some great cocktails. The not so great bits: It's a bit noisy because of where it is located (you can hear a faint hum of traffic across the night, had to put on a speaker with white noise to blunt it out). Breakfast has exactly the same menu every single day which gets boring quickly. The bar was nearly empty late into Friday night which was a bit odd. All in all, a pleasant stay but not without some issues.

The view was interesting and the bathroom was nice with good water pressure and amenities. They use sustainable stuff for the bathroom like bamboo toothbrushes. The mineral water was good tasting and was free of charge if extras were needed. Accommodating and friendly staff who were always ready to help. Overall good stay. The bed was also super soft and warm.
